I continue to admire the Iron-Rod goats, and this breeding resonates with he direction I want to take my herd. I a thrilled at the opportunity to have Shyne. Thank you Leslie and Larry for entrusting him to us! Shyne is exceedingly long, tall, and dairy, in fact, very similar to his maternal half sister. Legs, also in our herd. Since we first saw Shatte in our 2014 visit to the Iron-Rod herd, sh has only gotten better! Hs has been competitive at the National Show, placing 11th at age 4, 6th at age 6, and 7th at age 7. Her maternal 1/2 sister was the late 2014 National Champion, CH Iron-Rod STB Shelby. She also has a GCH daughter. On Shyne’s paternal side, he brings back Sanstorms Super Shyne, a throwback to the herd where I obtained my very first doe, Sanstorms Enchanting Mitzi. Sheriff was the 2011 Premier Sire, has 6 offspring with permanent championships and three with superior genetics (SG) designations, and his son, Charmer, has also been named Premier Sire twice. Shyne was sold in 2022.
